LASH EXTENSIONS CARE

Please fill out your Client Form and Review the Studio Policies if you have not already.
Avoid using a lash curler as it can cause damage to your natural lashes.
Avoid caffeine prior to your appointment as it may cause your eyes to flutter.
Always come to your appointment with no make up and clean lashes. If you come with makeup on, I will ask you to remove your makeup which result in less time for the service.
Do not wear contact lens. Glue fumes will dry out your contact lens and cause irritation.
Put your phone in silence mode. This is because you will not be able to open your eyes until the service is completed and I will not be able to check the phone for you.
Use the washroom before we start as you will be lying down for up to 3 hours.
Wear comfortable clothes and relax / take a lash nap!!

Follow AfterCare instruction is important in order to prolong the beauty of your lashes and better retention!

Wash your lashes daily (morning and night) using lash cleanser. It is recommended that you wash lashes after working out, swimming, crying.
Do not brush lashes while wet. Pat dry with a towel then dry them using a lash fan. Gently brush them out with a spoolie.
Do not rub, pick or pull your lashes.
Do not use lash curler or mascara.
Stay away from oil-based products around the eyes. Please use oil-free makeup, makeup remover, cleanser, toner, etc.
Avoid sleeping on your stomach.
Do not sleep with makeup on as it will cause harmful build up along the lash line and increase the risk of eye disease.
Avoid close contact with any sources of heat (oven heat, BBQ, bonfires, etc). The heat can cause your lash extensions to singe which means I will have to remove the entire set.
I recommend that you schedule your fill appointment ahead of time (typically every 2-3 weeks). To be considered as a fill, you must have 40% of extensions remaining. Otherwise, a full set price will be charged. Any regularly schedule fill over 3 weeks must be approved by me.
